📄 Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”)
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, content, or travel products provided by FlightSupportCentre (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website or services.
👤 Traveler Name Policy
All travelers must provide their full legal name (first and last), exactly as it appears on a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license) when making a booking.
Once the reservation is confirmed, name changes are not permitted.
Minor corrections (such as typographical errors) may be possible, depending on the airline’s policy, but they could incur additional fees.
💰 Fare Policy
Fares are not considered confirmed or guaranteed until the ticket is issued.
Even after receiving a booking confirmation, prices may fluctuate due to airline or supplier adjustments.
If a fare change occurs, FlightSupportCentre will notify you, and you will have the option to:
Accept the updated fare and proceed with the booking, or
Cancel the reservation at no cost (provided your payment has not been processed).
If you choose to cancel before the ticket is issued, no charges will apply.
💳 Payment Policy
FlightSupportCentre accepts most major credit and debit cards.
For clarity, charges on your billing statement may appear in two separate entries: one for the base fare and another for taxes and fees. The combined total will match the amount quoted at the time of booking.
Airline baggage fees are not included in the ticket price and are determined by the airline.
Bookings remain pending until full ticketing is completed.
If there is an issue with your card, we will notify you within 24 hours.
🌍 International & Third-Party Card Payments
When booking with an international card or making a purchase on behalf of someone else, you will need to provide additional verification documents:
A completed Credit Card Authorization Form
A copy of a government-issued ID (both front and back, showing photo and signature)
A copy of the credit/debit card used for the transaction (both front and back, showing signature)
⚠️ Please note: Your fare is not guaranteed until the ticket is successfully issued.
⚠️ Credit Card Declines
If your credit card is declined:
You will be notified by email within 24 to 48 hours.
The transaction will not be processed.
Any fares or reservations quoted will no longer be valid or held.
